Questions

Before you send a PO

Who do you work with?

We are trade only. We work with promotional products distributors and other approved wholesale customers. We don't take orders from end customers.

Do you supply the garments?

No. Every order is garment supplied. Order SanMar blanks through PSST and they ship straight to our shop, or send them from any supplier with your distributor name and PO number on each box.

What files should I send?

A DST stitch file is best, along with a mockup showing size and placement. If you only have artwork, send it with your PO and we'll follow up.

What logo sizes do you embroider?

We specialize in left chest logos up to 4.5″ wide and caps up to 13″ wide by 2.25″ high, depending on the hat, with up to 12 colors per design. We're a fully magnetic hoop shop, so every garment is hooped with the right fabric tension, from the first piece to the last.

Is there anything you won't embroider?

We don't embroider leather, retail brands that aren't designed to be embroidered, or weekender-style backpacks with foam or plastic liners. We also don't specialize in large designs like jacket backs. Not sure? Send us the style number first.

What if garments arrive short or wrong?

We count every shipment when it arrives. If anything is short, wrong, or damaged, we email the person who sent the PO to ask how you'd like to proceed. Sometimes we can work with the blank supplier to get the right garments and return the wrong ones.

How do I track my order?

Every order is in Printavo. Log in to see current status, approve details, view shipping information, and get your invoice. If you don't see a project yet, it hasn't been entered into production.

How long does an order take?

Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days after sew-out approval and once all product is received. Turnaround may vary.

How is embroidery priced?

By stitch count and quantity. Our contract price list isn't published online. Request a copy and we'll email it to you.
