Contract Embroidery

Our embroidery services combine a sound, reliable process with clear communication every step of the way. Left chest specialists

We specialize in left chest logos up to 4.5″ wide, the most common logo size in promotional apparel. We're a fully magnetic hoop shop: every garment is hooped in magnetic frames, so fabric tension is right on every piece. That means cleaner stitching, less puckering, and logos that look the same on the first shirt and the last.

What we embroider

Left chest embroidery on polos, jackets, bags, and workwear, up to 4.5″ wide. Cap embroidery up to 13″ wide by 2.25″ high, depending on the hat, including 3D puff on structured caps and snapbacks from brands like Richardson, Flexfit, and Yupoong. Every order is garment supplied, so you choose the blanks and we decorate them.

Limits

Up to 12 thread colors per design, and text no smaller than 0.15″ (about 4 mm). We don't specialize in large designs like jacket backs, and we don't embroider leather, retail brands not designed for embroidery, or weekender-style backpacks with foam or plastic liners. See all specs.

Our machines

We run 20 embroidery heads across ZSK and Tajima machines, including a 6-head ZSK, a 4-head ZSK Racer 4S, and the 4-head Tajima we started with. We added a brand new 2025 ZSK to the shop for its precision, speed, and reliability, which lets us take on more complex designs, especially on caps.

What to send us

• Your purchase order, with your artwork or DST stitch file
• The garments, through SanMar PSST or from any supplier, with your distributor name and PO number on every box

We enter the order in Printavo, stitch a sew-out for your approval, and run production once you approve. See the full process.

Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days after sew-out approval and once all product is received. Turnaround may vary.
