About Serena Embroidery

In January 2024, our embroidery business began with one machine: a 4-head Tajima we proudly named Peyton Manning, because it carried the whole team. We ran everything out of a garage on Serena Ct. in Tigard, OR, surrounded by growing orders and thread literally everywhere. The living room, kitchen, even bedrooms weren't safe. Let's just say we learned to get organized very quickly.

After a few intense months of late nights and long days, we took a huge step forward and moved into our current home, Threadquarters, in July 2024.

With the new space came new possibilities. First, we added a 12-head Tajima to the team, Tom Brady, to boost production and take pressure off Peyton. Then came our first trip to Impressions Expo, where we fell in love with the cap quality on a ZSK 6-head machine. Naturally, we made it ours, and we named it Herbie, after Kirk Herbstreit.

Eventually Tom Brady was ready to retire. We traded him in for another ZSK, a Racer 4S 4-head we named Eli (after Eli Manning), plus an older ZSK Jafa we call Corso.

Today we're running 20 total heads of embroidery, with a growing team and a passion for helping others bring their designs to life with precision and care.
