In January 2024, our embroidery business began with one machine—a 4-head Tajima we proudly named Peyton Manning (because it carried the whole team and yes a good 4 head). We ran everything out of a garage, surrounded by the chaos of growing orders and thread literally everywhere—living room, kitchen, even bedrooms weren’t safe. This was just the start out of a garage on Serena Ct. in Tigard, OR.
Let’s just say… we learned to get organized very quickly.
After a few intense months of late nights and long days, we took a huge step forward and moved into our current home—Threadquarters—in July 2024.
With the new space came new possibilities. First, we added a 12-head Tajima to the team—Tom Brady—to boost production and take pressure off Peyton. Then came our first trip to Impressions Expo, where we fell in love with the cap quality on a ZSK 6-head machine. Naturally, we made it ours (still working on a name but for now it is just good old trusty ZSK).
Today, we’re running with 22 total heads of embroidery, a growing team, and a passion for helping others bring their designs to life with precision and care.
Thanks to everyone who’s supported us on this ride. We couldn’t have stitched this story without you.
